Apartment Manager

• *Job Overview:** We are seeking an Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administration, property leasing, and legal administrative tasks. As an Apartment Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining tenant satisfaction and ensuring the property's success. **Duties:** - Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing available units, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements - Enforce compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally - Coordinate maintenance requests through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met - Assist with rent collection - Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants to maximize revenue **Skills:** - Proficiency in real estate administrative tasks - Familiarity with Appfolio or other software-Exceptional customer service skills to address tenant needs effectively
