As a valuable member of the Pro Customer Engagement and Sales Team, you will:

• Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with Pro customers.
• Proactively cultivate sales opportunities using your in-depth product knowledge and insights into loyalty programs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall store success.
• Assist at the Pro Desk, manage material loading efficiently, and provide customers with guidance on specialized products.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Quickly resolve delivery issues and effectively communicate Home Depot's unique advantages over competitors.
• Support our store objectives by monitoring inventory levels and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable at this location to better serve our diverse customer base.
