Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Waco, TX, for a Financial Director. The Financial Director will oversee financial planning, manage budgets, supervise financial reporting, and analyze financial statements to ensure profitability and fiscal responsibility. The role involves leading the finance team, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Financial Director will collaborate with various departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess financial performance and create actionable recommendations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in financial software
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or advanced degree is a plus
• Proven track record in a financial leadership role within the retail or automotive industry is preferred
