Anthem Group is hiring an experienced Chef de Cuisine to help lead in new culinary initiatives in Downtown Waco, including STORIES Bistro & Banquets at 800 Austin Ave!

Responsibilities

Kitchen Mgmt, ordering, production

Menu execution, Bistro to Banquet

Overseeing other line & prep cooks

Healthy understanding of ingredients, menus, recipe execution, and cooking to scale for weddings and large banquets.

Qualifications

5 years Restaurant/Culinary Experience.

2+ years Culinary Leadership Experience.

Professional, Adaptable, Driven to Excellence.

Pay & Benefits

$21-$30/hr, Full-Time, +Benefits & 1.5x O.T. pay
