+ Experience supporting Department of Defense, aerospace, or other government customers.

+ Requires management and leadership knowledge in job area.

+ Familiarity with Agile development methods, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software toolchains.

+ Experience supporting proposals, basis of estimates, strategic staffing, and resource forecasting.

+ Be able to obtain and keep a security clearance., i.e., a TS//SCI

Preferred Additional Skills

+ Knowledge of Windows and UNIX based platforms (examples CENTOS/ROCKY/RHEL 8)

+ Familiarity with software patterns and modern design methodology (UML)

+ Proficient at JavaFX/Java, C#, C++ or another programming language

+ Knowledge of software control mechanisms (examples BitBucket, Git)

+ Knowledge of task/problem tracking systems (example JIRA)

+ Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (examples Jenkins, GitHub).

+ Experience with NIST 800-53 standards and cross domain solutions.
